Talking is the first step in determining executive strengths and weaknesses. Learning verbal and non verbal communication is the premise to following testing.

Pricing for Executive Coaching
Our rates for executive coaching is $1500 for the Basic sessions. This includes all interviews, testing, final opinion of the strength coach, and one follow up session. The tests we give, if administered independently would cost much more than our advertised rate. This is a great value we are able to pass on to you.

We provide a 2 page executive summary and see how executives view themselves. This is where we define exactly what the goals and objectives are moving forward.
Sign up for testing
This step is where we administer 3 different personality tests. From here we will finalize our assessment.
Using your learned skills
After you have completed all of your testing and your counselor has followed up and provided a useful strategy, you are ready to begin using what you have learned. Step by step direction which ultimately is your own. We are available for further strategy sessions and recommend them on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
While there is not a lot of information available as to what exactly “executive coaching” really is, we’d like to present our view. Executive coaching is helping a strong entrepreneur navigate his or her way through the overwhelming information pool, to arrive at the most efficient use of his or her skills. Our strengthening strategies have helped both start-up companies and long-standing companies pinpoint exactly what is needed from their leaders.
Our executive coaching sessions are broken up into several strategic consultations. We give you several written tests which help us determine your strengths and weaknesses. Often, entrepreneurs use these results to shape their marketing, branding and operational direction.. Ultimately, delegation is the true power in “powerful growth”. Executive coaching can also help leaders determine whether they will be the face of the company, or the backbone of operations, or the main motivator for employees, etc.
The most common pitfall of most executives is wasting their valuable time on projects and items that should be delegated. This takes away the ability for executives to focus on their strengths. Everyone is a spectrum. Our colors shine in many different lights. Some have the ability to take chaos and sort it into order. Others have the ability to build stability out of moving parts. These are just a fraction of the potential within each of us. Helping executives by being a third set of eyes is arguably an essential part of healthy leadership in all businesses.
