Is performing a quarterly Chart of Accounts check right for you?
Depending on the size of your company, a quarterly check on your chart of accounts is necessary. Think of this as like getting the oil in your car changed. Smaller companies should invest in a quarterly chart of accounts review which includes making sure all of your tax filings are complete and making sure your balance sheet reconciles with each perspective assets, liabilities, and equity accounts. Larger companies grossing more than $1MM should have a chart of accounts review once a month by a qualified third-party account for bookkeeper.

Actual review of your chart of accounts is not take very much time at all; however, if there are any discrepancies found then there will be added time. We’ve been doing this for so long that we’ve got three set prices depending on the size of your company and we have competitively low rates.
